I’m currently Chief Operating Officer at Positive Intelligence, the leading online mental fitness training company founded by Stanford lecturer Shirzad Chamine. We’ve engaged more than 1 million participants in discovering how they self-sabotage and building mental muscles to maximize both performance and happiness.

Before stepping into operations, I spent a decade in growth and marketing—leading SEO and content at I Will Teach You To Be Rich, driving international growth at Sticker Mule, and building data-driven systems through my consultancy Quantify. Along the way, I picked up a Gold Lion at Cannes and taught digital marketing at General Assembly.

I’m particularly interested in how systems thinking and automation can multiply the impact of small teams.
